When you use our mobile application (the "App") and more generally, use any of our services (the "Services"), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. 1. What Information Do We Collect?

In Short: We collect personal information you provide to us and certain information generated automatically when you use the App.

1.1 Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you create an account, express an interest in our products or Services, participate in activities within the App, or contact us. All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate.

  • Account Information: Username, email address, encrypted password, and optional profile picture.
  • In-App Purchase History: Virtual currency (coins, chips, etc.) purchases. These carry no real monetary value.
  • Support Communications: Information provided when contacting our customer support team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit, use, or navigate the App, the following information may be collected automatically:

  • Device Information: Device ID (IDFV), model, manufacturer, operating system version, and browser type.
  • Network Information: IP address, internet service provider, and mobile carrier.
  • Usage Data: Session duration, features accessed, in-game actions, and crash reports.
  • Approximate Location: Country and region inferred from IP address. Precise GPS location is collected only with your explicit permission.
  • Gameplay Content: Data related to virtual assets won or lost during gameplay, used for app improvement and fraud detection.

1.3 Additional Information Collected Through the App

  • Push Notifications: We may request permission to send account or promotional notifications. You may disable these at any time via your device settings.
  • Social Sign-In: If you sign in via Apple ID or Google, the respective platform shares basic identity information with us.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Data Sharing

In Short: Our App may include third-party SDKs. We hold those partners to the same privacy standards we apply to our own data collection.

Our App may integrate third-party tools such as analytics services (e.g. Firebase), advertising networks (e.g. AdMob), crash reporting tools, and social sign-in providers. These SDKs may collect data such as device identifiers, session information, and gameplay events in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We require all third-party partners whose code is integrated into our App to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in this notice. If you would like to review the privacy practices of our third-party partners, we encourage you to consult their respective privacy documentation. This section will be updated whenever our SDK integrations change.

3. Advertising Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In Short: On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your explicit permission before tracking you across apps and websites.

When you first open the App, you may see a system prompt asking for permission to access your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for the purpose of personalizing advertisements. Your response is entirely your choice:

  • If you allow: The IDFA may be shared with advertising SDKs to show interest-based ads.
  • If you decline: Only aggregated, anonymized device-level data is used. There is no impact on App functionality.

You may change your ATT preference at any time by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device. We do not use fingerprinting techniques; this practice is prohibited under Apple's ATT policy.

4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide our services, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases: Consent, Legitimate Interests, Performance of a Contract, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests.

We may share your information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
  • Affiliates: With our affiliated companies, provided they honor this privacy notice.
  • Business Partners: To offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
  • Advertising Networks: Only where ATT permission has been granted; a unique identifier may be shared with offer wall providers to prevent fraud and credit rewards correctly.
  • Legal Requirements: Where required by court order, subpoena, or applicable law.

5. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in Turkey and in the countries where our third-party partners operate.

Our servers are located in Turkey. If you access the App from outside Turkey, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Turkey and in other countries where our third-party service providers operate. Where such transfers involve data from the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, please be aware that the countries to which your data is transferred may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable law.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We retain your personal data only as long as necessary, and no longer than 1 year as a general rule.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than 1 year.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. Account Deletion

In Short: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly from within the App.

If you have created an account, you have the right to delete it along with all associated personal data at any time. You can do so in the following ways:

  • In-App: Navigate to Settings > My Account > Delete Account.
  • By email: Send a request to info@methereal.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Following deletion:

  • Your profile, game history, and virtual assets will be permanently removed.
  • Data we are required to retain by law (e.g. purchase records) may be kept in anonymized form for the applicable legal period.
  • Deletion will be completed within 30 days. If you sign back in during this period, the deletion request may be cancelled.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: You may review, update, or delete your account at any time. EEA and Turkey residents have additional rights under GDPR and KVKK.

Rights Under GDPR (EEA Residents)

  • Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Object: You may object to certain processing activities.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request your data in a machine-readable format.

Rights Under KVKK (Turkey Residents)

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you are entitled to the rights described above and may submit requests in accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

If you are a resident of the EEA and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. Social Casino — Important Notice

This application is a social casino game intended for entertainment purposes only. It does not offer real-money gambling and does not provide any opportunity to win real money, goods, or prizes of any kind. Any virtual currency or virtual items within the App — including but not limited to coins, chips, and tokens — have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration.

The App is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store and is intended solely for users aged 17 and above. Features that simulate casino gameplay are designed exclusively for entertainment and do not reflect the odds or outcomes of real gambling activities.

In-app purchase history, virtual asset balances, and gameplay behavior data (such as bet sizes and session length) are processed for the purpose of app improvement, fraud detection, and customer support. This data is retained for up to 3 years in accordance with applicable consumer protection and accounting regulations.

11. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction

In Short: This App is rated 17+ and is not directed at anyone under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Our App is listed on the Apple App Store with a 17+ age rating, as required for all social casino applications. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 17.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has used our App and provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@methereal.io. We will take prompt steps to delete such information from our systems.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for users in the United States and do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 under any circumstances.

12. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In Short: Yes. California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information under CCPA/CPRA.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the following additional rights:

  • Right to Know: The categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold.
  • Right to Delete: Deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You may submit a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request to info@methereal.io.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal, please contact us using the information provided below, including your account email address and a statement that you reside in California.

13. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

In Short: Yes. We update this notice as necessary to remain compliant with applicable laws and platform policy requirements.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
